Contractors & Property Managers

The City of Syracuse Lead Program is authorized and certified to provide the HUD-sponsored Lead Safe Work Practices Training. This course is currently mandatory for landlords who do basic maintenance work and repairs at their properties where lead paint hazards exist. This course is also helpful for contractors, property managers, first-time homeowners and do-it yourselfers. Please see the Training Page for more information about the course.
